Windsor Care Center is a 108 bed Skilled Nursing Facility that is located in Terrell, Texas, in the Northeastern part of the state approximately 25 miles from Dallas and the metroplex. Windsor Care Center has proudly been serving Terrell and the surrounding area since 1994.

Our top priority is to meet your physical, medical, spiritual and emotional needs. We take a personal approach in serving every resident, using input from both the resident and family to help our health care team develop a plan of care that is right for you.
